I have a dream!

Ok, my dream is not as big as Martin Luther King's but still... Anyway, I suddenly have the need to scan about 400 photographs of varying sizes. Many of which are 50 years old or older. The scanner I have now sucks ass, so I'm looking at a new but cheap one that will get the job done. A quick check at Amazon shows the Canon CanoScan LiDE 60 Color Scanner will be sufficient to do the job. One reviewer at amazon.com said they used it to scan over 1100 photos and it worked flawlessly. That was enough to convince me to give it a shot. I'll post my thoughts about it as soon as I get one and play with it. Should be in the next day or so.
