More Rubik's Cube Stuff

Check out this video of 5-year-old Sunwoo Ban solving the Rubik's Cube in under 2 minutes. I think once my kids see this they will shortly learn how to solve it themselves.

..of nothing in particular

Just sitting here in my little cubicle trying to get some work done and listening to some drum-n-bass, and I noticed just how mindless (and yet well thought out) some of these tunes are. If you try to analyze them they just won't make much sense. But once you go on with whatever you were doing and ignore the tunes, you are suddenly transported to a place where you just "understand" what these tunes are saying. And the message is always the same...
  • Don't pay attention to the music, for it has nothing to say. Everything that needs to be said has already been said many times before. Just keep doing whatever you were doing and let the sounds get inside you and put up a shield between you and the harsh realities of the world. Enjoy the pleasure of the solitude combined with the sounds. Focus on one thing or focus on nothing. Let the tunes work your mind and body in a way that gives you pleasure but does not distract you from your focus.

When I wrote my second piece "Lord of All", I had a purpose and a goal. I knew what I wanted it to be. But by the time I got done with it the message was exactly the same. It's kinda cool when you think about it. :-)

Whatever IT is, you'll find it on eBay

I listed SpeedMath on eBay again today. Once in a while I list it on there and sell a few of them. Other times when I list it I get nothing but listing fees withdrawn from my paypal account. I might test my squeeze page there too as soon as I have an ebook I can give away. This time I'm trying to get people used to the fact that the regular price is $19.97. Until this morning it was only $10.95.

Squeeze Pages, Emails and Sales, Oh My!

I am preparing to launch a Squeeze Page for SpeedMath, my first-ever product. It's about 7 years old now and is in bad need of revival. The squeeze page will collect email addresses in exchange for a FREE tips and tricks eBook (a $19.97 value) and newsletter. The email will be added to an autoresponder that immediately sends them the eBook, then sends them weekly info on other products (affiliate linked) that might interest them. I'm probably gonna use AWeber to manage my autoresponder. All the top marketing gurus use it. I'll probably also register the SpeedMath with ClickBank so that other people can make money off my squeeze page too.
